When we started our business, our intention was to have a clear set of objectives to aim for, track and measure ourselves against and strive to make improvements in order to ensure we are always having a positive impact in our world.

We have the following specific social & environmental objectives that we track regularly to determine that we are getting closer to our targets:

A community-focused business that supports and builds the economic, social and environmental vitality of local communities
An environmentally-conscious business that constantly reviews essential resources e.g. water, energy, waste, to name a few in our sights
A fair employer that promotes achievement in its employees through continuing professional development, whilst also focusing upon supporting the growth of local businesses
